BaseConnect is a military-exclusive social media platform designed to facilitate connections among military personnel, military installations, and local communities. The leadership team comprises military veterans boasting a collective service record of over 80 years. Initially tailored for active duty, guard, and reserve members, BaseConnect is set to broaden its scope to include military spouses and veterans.

Interested users can sign up for BaseConnect by registering with their .mil email address, selecting their military installation, and completing the setup process. Limited features may indicate that the user's base hasn't yet partnered with BaseConnect. In such cases, users are encouraged to contact their public affairs office to initiate the partnership process by emailing support@baseconnect.com.

BaseConnect aims to become the principal communication platform employed by the Department of Defense for secure information exchange within military settings and beyond.

BaseConnect harbors an ambitious agenda focusing on addressing a myriad of communication challenges encountered by the Department of Defense. Whether Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marines, or Coast Guard, BaseConnect stands ready to utilize technology to solve issues efficiently, ultimately improving outcomes and resource utilization.

Users are encouraged to share any suggestions or feature requests with the BaseConnect team for consideration. The platform currently houses an extensive backlog containing over forty user-submitted feature requests.

The BaseConnect team extends gratitude for users' service and looks forward to aiding them. Stay tuned for more updates in the pipeline.
