Initially tailored for active duty, guard, and reserve members, BaseConnect is set to broaden its scope to include military spouses and veterans.

Interested users can sign up for BaseConnect by registering with their .mil email address, selecting their military installation, and completing the setup process. Limited features may indicate that the user's base hasn't yet partnered with BaseConnect. In such cases, users are encouraged to contact their public affairs office to initiate the partnership process by emailing support@baseconnect.com.

Users are encouraged to share any suggestions or feature requests with the BaseConnect team for consideration. The platform currently houses an extensive backlog containing over forty user-submitted feature requests.
